Each golfer must have the athletic clearance packet filled out and a Physical performed that clears them for participating in sports at Cal High. Please complete the onlne Athletic Clearance

The Physical Fitness packet can be picked up at
the Business and Activity Office and the physical can be done at your doctors office or at :

ONLINE ATHLETIC CLEARANCE
Quick steps for parents/students using the online athletic clearance process.
Visit www.AthleticClearance.com
Register: Register/create a new account. Parents register with valid email username and password. (click on register button below login)
Select “Start New Clearance here” to start the process.
Choose the school year “2024-2025”, Select school “California (CIF-SS)”, Choose Sport (select sport student will be playing first). For Multiple Sports: Once you complete a clearance for one sport, most of the information you have entered will be retained in the system. Select additional sports when you get to the confirmation page. To register for an additional sport, select New Clearance after enter the year, school and sport most of your information will auto fill).
Complete all required fields for Student Information, Educational History, Medical History and Signature Forms.
Your Clearence is ready for review by the school once you reached the Confirmation Message page. However, THE STUDENT IS NOT CLEARED YET. THE SCHOOL MUST REVIEW AND CLEAR THE STUDENT. AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT ONCE THE SCHOOL HAS REVIEW AND CLEARDED CLEARED THE STUDENT FOR PARTICIPATION.
All this data will be electronically filed with your school’s athletic department for review. When the student has been cleared for participation, an email notification will be sent.
